Due to the forecasted timing of inclement weather, along with the fact that tomorrow is a scheduled half day, the Windsor C-1 School District will not be in session on Friday, March 11, 2022.
Making a decision based solely on a forecast is a difficult; however we try to err on the side of caution and provide ample notice and courtesy to our families that must plan for child care.

Due to inclement weather school will be canceled tomorrow, Friday the 25th.

Tonight's show of Oliver! for 2/24 has been cancelled. Already purchased tickets have been transferred to Sunday Feb. 27 at 3pm.

Due to inclement weather school will be canceled tomorrow, Thursday the 24th.

The rescheduled virtual board meeting will take place at 8 am on Thursday the 24th. It can be viewed here, https://youtu.be/Ftikn5rjTko

With the possibility for additional inclement weather tomorrow, I wanted to make you aware that we will be having a half day tomorrow with dismissals for the Middle School at 11:25 a.m. and the High School at 11:35 a.m.
The Intermediate Center will dismiss at 12:20 p.m. with Freer and Windsor Elementary both dismissing at 12:30 p.m.
Currently, the weather is forecast to arrive tomorrow, in the 3:00 p.m hour; obviously, it is too early to know exactly what will transpire. But, we wanted to give everyone as much time as possible to make their preparations, as needed.
If it were to arrive earlier than expected, we may make other decisions at that time, if necessary. It does appear that the highway departments will be able to pretreat the roads this time around, which will assist us, if it does arrive earlier than expected.
