Due to the forecasted timing of inclement weather, along with the fact that tomorrow is a scheduled half day, the Windsor C-1 School District will not be in session on Friday, March 11, 2022. With the possibility for additional inclement weather tomorrow, I wanted to make you aware that we will be having a half day tomorrow with dismissals for the Middle School at 11:25 a.m. and the High School at 11:35 a.m. The Intermediate Center will dismiss at 12:20 p.m. with Freer and Windsor Elementary both dismissing at 12:30 p.m. Currently, the weather is forecast to arrive tomorrow, in the 3:00 p.m hour; obviously, it is too early to know exactly what will transpire. But, we wanted to give everyone as much time as possible to make their preparations, as needed. If it were to arrive earlier than expected, we may make other decisions at that time, if necessary. It does appear that the highway departments will be able to pretreat the roads this time around, which will assist us, if it does arrive earlier than expected. Dr. Joel Holland
