Happy Friday, I.C. Families,
The Windsor High School Alumni Association’s annual K-8 Discount Card fundraiser starts February 26. This is the same “gold” card fundraiser that they run each year (sometimes the cards are silver/gray). The money from this fundraiser goes directly to Windsor high school seniors who qualify for the Alumni Association Scholarship. The fundraiser has gone on for so many years now that many of our former I.C. students have received the scholarship as high school seniors.
Spring is almost upon us, and this is that time of year when we do see a bit of an uptick in office referrals for student behavior. Please reinforce the importance with your students of following instructions, treating others with kindness, and working hard in class to get their work done. The last day of school is 3 months from today, so we are hopeful for an amazing final stretch.
