I’m a parent, how do I access my child’s information through the Parent Portal system?
You should have received an email on July 21st letting you know how to create your Parent Portal account. If you have not received this email, please look in your Spam folder. If you still have trouble finding your email, please contact your child's building and we'll be able to get you set up.

If you have not given us your email address before, you can call your child’s building and ask to have your email address added to the Parent Portal system. After being added to the system, you should get an email soon letting you know how to log into the Parent Portal.
Even if you have more than one child and they attend different buildings within the Windsor C-1 School District you will only need to call one building to be granted access for all of your children.

What about Online Registration?
Online registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open! When you log into the Parent Portal you’ll see an announcement with a link to get into your Online Registration / Annual Review. If you don't see this announcement, you can click on More > Annual Review to get to the form as well.

We're a new family to the district. How can I register my child(ren)?
If you are brand new to the district and no one in your household has attended Windsor in the past, please click on this link to be taken to the New Family Online Registration.

Can I fill out the Free and Reduced Price Meals Application online?
The Free and Reduced Price Meals application will be available on the Parent Portal soon. We'll send out an email when the system is ready for you to enter your information.
